Ohio State University Extension is seeking a full-time Program Coordinator for the Cleveland-based Summer Sprout community gardening program. This position provides growing advice to gardeners, plans and coordinates the annual kick-off event and plant/seed distributions, conducts soil tests, presents before the Cleveland budget committee, and serves as a liaison between Land Bank and City of Cleveland. Case Western Reserve University is hiring a Chief Curator for the Dittrick Medical History Center and Museum. The curator would supervise and direct all aspects of the medical center and museum. The candidate must provide initiative and leadership to integrate the medical center into life at CWRU. This position requires designing and overseeing the construction of exhibitions, developing the Dittrick collections, and conducting a program of scholarly research. East Cleveland-based General Electric is hiring a New Product Introduction Program Manager. This position will lead the NPI program to develop and launch Lighting LED Solutions. The chosen candidate will direct product development team activities, account for program budgets and product launch timing, and oversee product development deliverables. United Way is seeking a temporary Fundraising Associate to come aboard from August 6 to November 30, 2018. This position will act as an ambassador for United Way of Greater Cleveland by supporting Employee Campaign Managers and promoting United Way in the community. The candidate is expected to research past campaign efforts, meet with ECMs to plan the campaign, give presentations, and complete tracking reports.
