July 15 Noon til 8 p.m. http://www.tasteoftremont.com/# Now in its 10^th year, Taste of Tremont is one of the most beloved summer neighborhood festivals taking place in Northeast Ohio. Launched in 2002, the annual event seems to grow and improve each and every year, just like the neighborhood around it.
 
"Taste is an opportunity to celebrate the renaissance of Tremont and its nationally acclaimed food scene and the history, art and culture of the neighborhood," explains Tremont West Development Corporation Executive Director Cory Riordan. "We are proud of our neighborhood and its contribution to Cleveland. Come to Taste and celebrate all that is Tremont!"
 
Taking place from noon to 8 p.m. this Sunday, July 15, the block party stretches all the way down Professor Avenue between Starkweather and Fairfield. As always, Taste is free to attend; you pay for food and drinks as you wish.
 
It's no surprise that Tremont boasts one of the highest concentrations of great restaurants, one of the main reasons this event draws over 20,000 visitors from all over the region. Participating restaurants typically sell one or two signature items, which prove an ideal way to acquaint oneself with the neighborhood’s offerings. Better still, many of the chefs will be dishing up the food themselves.
 
Some of this year's participating eateries include B?c, Barrio, Crepes de Luxe, Dante, Fahrenheit, Fat Cats, Grumpy's, Istanbul Grill, Lago, Lolita, Lucky's, Prosperity Social Club, Sokolowski's, Southside,Tremont Tap House and Ty Fun Thai Bistro.

In addition to the restaurants, many retail establishments will be participating in the festival.

Live entertainment will be taking place throughout the day in the Beer Garden, on the Tremont Farmers Market Stage, and in the Dante parking lot, among others.
