Neighborhood Development Leadership Program
The NLDP is looking to add an experienced Program Coach to its team. Specific duties include coaching NDLP participants, attending all 16 Saturday group sessions, and assisting the Lead Coach in administering and reviewing the Kolb Learning Styles Inventory and the Korn Ferry Emotional and Social Competency Inventory. A master’s degree is required to apply, along with at least two years of experience in coaching and/or working with community organizations. Greater Cleveland Partnership/Cleveland Development Advisors
Various positions are open at Greater Cleveland Partnership and Cleveland Development Advisors, including Real Estate Finance Coordinator and Compliance & Portfolio Analyst. The former is responsible for the collection of compliance, impact, and loan reporting information of a loan portfolio, while the latter organizes and assists in the management of CDA's real estate portfolio of investment funds. Center for Arts-Inspired Learning
Two site coordinators are needed for the Center for Arts-Inspired Learning's Summer 2019 ArtWorks session, which takes place from June 26–August 1. Specific responsibilities include coordinating program events; facilitating communication between apprentices, teaching artists, parents, and the public; assisting artworks management; and coordinating daily operations on-site.

The Cleveland Foundation is looking to add a Donor Relations Assistant to their team. Primary duties include assisting the donor relations team with scheduling and coordinating meetings, events, and appointments; creating reports and presentations; and preparing materials and gifts for new donors. Applicants are expected to have a bachelor’s degree and three to five years of experience in customer service.
