It’s Local News Day! Show your support for FreshWater Cleveland

Thursday, April 9 is the first Local News Day—a national day of action connecting communities with trusted local news. Led by a coalition of journalists, nonprofit leaders, and media innovators, our goal is to strengthen and uplift trusted local news and information across the country.

The movement was initiated by Montana Free Press, American Journalism Project, Press Forward, and many other outlets. Together, we are united to strengthen and uplift trusted local news and information across the country.

Would you please help observe Local News Day by supporting the local news published by FreshWater Cleveland? We’ve been working since 2010 to share the positive stories of change, share the efforts of residents to improve their neighborhoods, and report on new initiatives that will help Cleveland continue to be a vibrant, welcoming city.

In honor of Local News Day, will you please support FreshWater Cleveland—your locally-owned, independent, 16-year-old award-winning news source?

Any amount is appreciated, and you can donate on a one-time, monthly, or yearly basis.

We truly appreciate your support.
