Heights Arts, a nonprofit gallery and arts organization in Cleveland Heights, will host its ARTbar concert today, Thursday, April 24, from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. in its Lee Road space. Tickets tonight, normally $25 to $30, are half off with the code HA50.

Expect a laid-back mix of live music, art, and cocktails, featuring guitarist and vocalist Moises Borges. Called “the Bossa Nova king of Northeast Ohio,” Borges plays in the Samba and Bossa Nova traditions, mixing original songs with classics.

Signature ARTini drinks—the Samba Sunset and Caipirinha—will be available to sip on while you listen.

During and between sets, guests can walk through “Regional Perspectives,” the gallery’s latest exhibition created as part of Heights Arts’ 25th anniversary year. The show brings together works from nine Northeast Ohio artists, each offering their own take on the region’s current creative identity.

Heights Arts is located at 2175 Lee Road, just a few doors down from Cedar Lee Theatre. Tickets and details are available on Heights Arts’ Eventbrite page.
