Short Vincent

Jut one block long, between East 9th and East 6th Streets near today’s Playhouse Square, Vincent Avenue—better known as Short Vincent—was an entertainment and cultural hotspot that was filled with bars, restaurants, yet also boasted a seamy underbelly of darker entertainment outlets like gambling  and strip clubs.
