Michael Symon is as unpretentious as they come -- despite the fame he's garnered as one of America's top chefs. That's the opinion of one Huff Po writer.

"What you don't see on TV or hear on the podcast, is the darker side of the Culinary Revolution," writes comedian and foodie Mark DeCarlo. "The egos, the screaming, the pretentious posturing that happens when chefs start to believe their own PR.
