She has 16 years of experience working in archives, museums, and libraries and specializes in local architectural, historical, and genealogical research. Cleveland Leadership Center's ninth annual Accelerate: Citizens Make Change took place last week, with Anycia Grady’s plan to increase the number of licensed mental health professionals serving Black communities taking home the grand price and the Technovation award. Additionally, 21 high school students on 12 teams showcased their ideas at the new Accelerate: Teen Citizens Make Change competition.
